A mobile app was created to foster a sense of community within the Puerto Rican population of Humboldt Park in Chicago. It allows attendees of the festival to easily connect with others and enjoy the festival together. Visitors can use the app to easily navigate and plan their festival experience. The app offers information related to the Puerto Rican culture and promotes the festival as a way of building a sense of pride and solidarity.
